Description:  This wine receives the utmost care and thoroughness, therefore it is perfectly assumed that this is a top quality premium wine. From the outset the winemaker¡¯s goal is to maximise the retention of Tempranillo and Merlot grape characters. Intense dark cherry coloured, perfectly layered and expressive bouquet in which blackberries stand out, perfect balance between acidity and tannins. The end result is a wine that typifies these particular variety is all about. This wine has been aged in new American Oak barrels during just three months.
Tasting Notes:  COLOUR: ¡­¡­¡­¡­¡­¡­¡­¡­¡­¡­¡­..Cherry red colour, very clean and brilliant.AROMA: Very complex with a wide range of aromas ( cherry, plums and blackcurrant) and spicy aromas (cinnamon).TASTE: Soft, fruity and good structure. Very well rounded with reminiscences to fruity aromas and dark brown shades. Velvety and persistent finish.
Food Matches:  Perfect to be served with all type of Mediterranean dishes, spicy dishes, rice cured cheese, meat and game at 18ºC.
